A Filipino Christmas is incomplete without the local flavors that bring comfort and nostalgia to every celebration.

Bo’s Coffee kicked off the holiday season with Brews & Beats last November 8, gathering media partners, content creators, and coffee enthusiasts in an intimate and fun tasting event. Guests got a first taste of this year’s Paskong Pinoy lineup, which puts Filipino flavors at the centerpiece.
The featured holiday offerings include six pastries and five beverages, each creatively crafted with festive flair while spotlighting local flavors that remind us of what the holidays truly mean: warmth, togetherness, and the comforting taste of home.
The holiday pastries include a decadent Tablea Mousse Cake, a rich Bibingka Cheesecake that balances sweet and savory flavors, and a Puto Bumbong Cheesecake that captures the nutty and buttery essence of puto bumbong often sold on stalls after attending Simbang Gabi.
If you want a quick but filling snack while working on a task or catching up with friends, they also have mini bibingkas in cream cheese and salted egg. Both treats have that satisfying bite without straying from the iconic bibingka flavor we all love, while the halo-halo fruitcake loaf reimagines the classic halo-halo in bread form.
Their holiday beverages are the standouts, showcasing Bo’s Coffee’s creativity and mastery of local flavors through the years. If you think pandan and coffee don’t work well together, you’ll have to rethink it with their Pandan Latte, which is fragrant and creamy.
For ube lovers, you’ll surely enjoy the Ube Latte, which marries ube and coffee beautifully. However, you can skip the espresso shots with Ube Coconut and Ube Freeze for a sweeter, more indulgent treat.
If you’re craving the classic and comforting flavors of chocolate, their Azucar Latte is the way to go! With just one sip, it reminds you of Christmas mornings, sipping a warm cup of chocolate after opening presents, or cozy holiday nights binge-watching your favorite Christmas movies.
The Paskong Pinoy lineup also introduces a new set of merchandise, including a tote bag featuring local embroidery and a reusable tumbler for your drinks. To claim these collectibles, guests must accumulate points to become eligible for these special items.
Beyond enjoying the Paskong Pinoy treats, Brews & Beats also marked the first step toward Bo’s Coffee’s 30th anniversary celebration in 2026.
Guests were treated to live music performances, had fun trying out espresso painting, customizing their cup sleeves with local artists, and engaging in meaningful conversations with creators and the team.
