A product of social enterprise powerhouse Gawad Kalinga – Enchanted Farm (GK-EF), Bayani Brew traces its origins from the concoctions of the nanays (mothers) from the Gawad Kalinga community. With the use of indigenous ingredients such as lemongrass, panda, and sweet potato tops, they’ve created a refreshing and delicious beverage that is proudly Filipino. Bayani Brew is available in select stores nationwide.

Apo— as part of our new barista uniforms, furniture, and even our tumblers and luggage tags.

Founded in December 2013, Nipa Foods was created by a group of young entrepreneurs who believe that the Philippines has a lot of world class products, particularly foodstuffs. Their team travels to different areas all over the country in search for high quality, natural, and responsibly sourced homegrown foodstuffs. They work with small cottage businesses in the Philippines and implement an equitable profit-sharing structure to empower their fellow countrymen. Given our aligned values of appreciating high quality homegrown products with world-class appeal, we are proud to carry their Mead —a light, sweet, and refreshing alcoholic beverage made from honey— in our Boracay branch.
